We want to make sure you love your Enhanced Australasia products as much as we do. That’s why we have a simple returns policy — so if you aren’t satisfied with your product, you can return it.

✅ No Questions Asked Refund

You can return any unopened product for a full refund (minus the standard shipping cost of $9.95 AUD) within 60 days of purchase.

⚠️ 30 Day Return Policy

If you just can’t stomach the flavour or had an adverse reaction to one of our products, you're welcome to return it to us (at your cost) for a store credit (excluding original shipping cost) within 30 days of purchase.

Important Notes:

  • Returns are made at your own risk. We are not liable for lost or damaged items in transit.
  • Photos of the item(s) must be provided before we issue a refund or exchange.

Shipping is free for Australia & New Zealand on orders over $150 AUD. Otherwise, a $9.95 AUD flat rate applies.

🔍 How Do I Track My Order?

You'll receive an email with a tracking link immediately after your order is processed. The link activates once your order clears customs with AusPost, usually within 2–5 days.

  • AusPost processing takes 1–2 days
  • Final delivery: approx. 2–5 days depending on your location

💥 Damaged or Incorrect Products

If we’ve made an error or the shipping carrier damaged your order, contact us immediately with photos and we’ll organise a replacement.

For missing items, a full investigation will be conducted. If we are found liable, we’ll resend the products. No refunds will be issued.

Samples and/or gifts with purchase cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Please ensure you apply discount/coupon codes at checkout. Refunds will not be issued after the purchase is made.

By purchasing Shipping Protection, your order is protected against loss, damage, or theft during transit.

  • Coverage applies only until the order is marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • Orders with a “Delivered” status are not eligible for refund or replacement.
  • Claims for lost/damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Great question! We’re committed to being completely transparent with our customers. The key reason for shipping from Hong Kong lies in recent regulatory changes by Australia’s Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA). They’ve reclassified sports supplements in pill, capsule, or tablet form from “Formulated Supplementary Sports Foods” to “Therapeutic Products.”


This reclassification means that local Australian businesses, including ours, cannot legally sell these types of supplements to Australian consumers without listing them in the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG). We view this as an example of extensive bureaucracy.


While some competitors might still sell locally, a significant number of them aren’t legally compliant. To align with these regulations and continue serving you effectively, Enhanced Labs Australasia, which caters to countries in this hemisphere, has chosen to ship from Hong Kong. This city is one of the world’s largest shipping and financial centers, enabling us to maintain competitive costs and reduce shipping times, especially compared to direct importation from the USA.

Your tracking number will say ‘Pending’ until your order arrives in Australia and is scanned by AusPost. This typically takes 4-5 days from when you receive our dispatch notification.
