SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
We want to make sure you love your Enhanced Australasia products as much as we do. That’s why we have a simple returns policy, to make sure if you aren’t satisfied with your product, you can return it.
No Questions Asked Refund
You can return any unopened product for a full refund (minus the standard cost of shipping the original order to you of $9.95) within 60 days of purchase.
30 Day Return Policy:
If you just can’t stomach the flavour or have had an adverse reaction to one of the products below, then you are welcome to return it to us (at your cost) for a store credit (minus the original shipping cost), within 30 days of purchase.
By sending back items to us, you do so at your own risk. We will not be liable if your item is lost or damaged during transit upon its return to us.
Before a Refund or Exchange can be issued, Photos of the Item / Items must be provided before they are shipped back to us.
Shipping is free for Australia & New Zealand for orders over $150 AUD, otherwise, it's a $9.95 AUD flat rate.
How Do I Track My Order?
You'll receive an email with tracking link immediately, however, the link will only activate when your order clears customs with AusPost - usually 2-5 days after your order is placed.
Where Do You Ship From?
All Australian & New Zealand orders are shipped from our international warehouse in Hong Kong. Click here to read why we do this
The approximate timelines are as follows:
– All orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays)
– Orders arrive in Australia after another 24 hours
– Processing by AusPost takes 1-2 days
– Final mile delivery is approx. 2-5 days depending on where you live
*TRACKING: All items are sent via tracked, registered post (AusPost for Australia, DHL for rest of world)
**RETURNS: Enhanced Australasia will reimburse shipping cost of up to $9.95 AUD for returns outside of Australia
Damaged or Incorrect Products:
If we have stuffed up, or the shipping carrier has broken something contact us immediately to organise a replacement, photos will need to be provided.
For any orders that claim to have missing products, we will conduct a full investigation. If we are found to be liable you will be sent replacement products. Please note that no refunds will be given.
Samples or Free Gifts with Purchase:
samples and/or gifts with purchase cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Discount/Coupon Code Usage:
Please note that if you have a discount/coupon code it must be used at the time of purchase, refunds will not be issued after the purchase has been made.
